Karen Elizabeth Iverson
"Karen Elizabeth Iverson is a multi-talented Artist, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and the founder of KEI Inspire, LLC. Karen Elizabeth’s artwork covers photography, printmaking, drawing, painting, and collage/mixed medium. She especially enjoys her “Scriptural Impressions” work which is based on scripture from the Bible and her own personal journey as a Christian.
As a multi-talented artist, Karen Elizabeth hopes her art and many other creative works inspire individuals to find beauty, happiness, and God’s light in their lives. She dedicates her artistic work to helping those who feel lost shift their perspectives and find healthier ways to cope physically and emotionally.
Karen Elizabeth also enjoys writing, acting, singing, and dancing. She uses various art forms to connect with individuals who are fighting physical and/or mental illness, which is the purpose of KEI Inspire, LLC. Karen Elizabeth published her “Winning the Breast Cancer Battle” book series which won the “Difference Maker Award” from the Self-Publishing School in 2019. She plans to release her first book in her "Winning the Mental Health Battle" series in 2023.
Karen has been trained at the School of Visual Arts, in her hometown of NYC, and Montclair State University (NJ), among other schools. Karen has participated in multiple art exhibits including at the Art Center of Northern New Jersey, Raku with Elizabeth Nields, Teachers College, Columbia University, and others, and has also held several solo exhibits at the Cresskill Public Library.
